How much shit are you carrying around?

How much shit you carry around with you?

And when I'm talking about shit, I don't mean material possessions or your past... I mean all the stuff that you bottle up inside and don't want to bring out, because you think it's not the right moment and place; or maybe you think no one would listen.

PLEASE DO YOUR SELF A HUGE FAVOR AND STOP FUCKING THINKING FOR OTHERS AND UNLOAD WHATEVER YOU NEED TO.

Most people are afraid to say or be who they are, in case someone disagrees or unlikes you... so you spend your life trying to please someone that you honestly don't even like.

Can you please tell me why is that?

This person has shown you no sign that he/she even cares who you truly are or what you have to say? Are you trying to be better than them? Or are you trying to play the victim so you can blame your miseries on them?

Either way, is not getting you anywhere, is not getting you what you want out of life or the relationship you have with this person...so you go and be angry, build resent, bottle it all up until that moment when you find someone weaker and you VOMIT all your shit out!

Is it fair?

You tell me... Does it make you feel better or worst after? Are you stuck in the same position you were before but with an immense feel of guilt 'cuz you know you took it out in the wrong soul?!

What NOW?

I learned that saying sorry it's not good enough, the damage is done already. I learned that is better to stop bottling up emotions, anger, doubts and fears, and just VOMIT them when you need to, to the person you must to and at the moment you fucking feel it's coming out.

The people you love are not your punching bag, eventually they are gonna get tired and sick like Mohammed Ali did... Don't make that mistake, sometimes it's too late!
